Time for another regular Trans-Atlantis feature: Sketchy Komiks™. Once a week (though not always on the same day) I’ll share some of the comics that keep accumulating in my sketchbooks, but never really see the light of day. Hopefully these will be of interest to somebody out there. Enjoy.

That’s American architecture of the last half-decade in a nutshell, isn’t it?
I really like the improvised feeling of the strip … those first three or four panels feel very spontaneous.
i think malls are just like palaces for people…only ugly.
Oops. I meant “the last half-century.” I know nothing in particular about the last five years. I have hardly seen a building since 2002.
I remember reading somewhere (I don’t remember where) that new mall building has dropped off to almost zero over the last couple of years. I hope that wasn’t just a dream.
